Britney Spears and Lance Bass performed together in a show in Las Vegas. Bass is a self professed gay so there were no exciting moments between Spears and Bass. Spears was said to have done a version of a lap dance on Bass but it wasn’t a real lap dance.

Bass and Spears were friends back when he was with the boy band, InSYN.
