Ethan Zohn, 35, a contestant on “Survivor: Africa” shaved his hair off. Zohn has started chemotherapy to fight his cancer, an unusual form of Hodgkin’s disease called CD20-positive Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.

Zohn said he didn’t want his hairs falling off all the time and dropping into inappropriate places. Zohn did what many chemotherapy patients do. He opted to keep it clean without the falling hair.

Zohn shaved off his hair in stages. The assisting hairdressers did a Mohawk, then a buzz cut for Zohn. He said he felt weird without his hair.
