Gordon Ramsay’s younger brother Ronnie Ramsay is a homeless man sleeping outdoors. Ronnie Ramsay works part time by standing at a street corner to sell a newspaper called the Big Issue. Gordon said Ronnie is a heroin addict who has threatened to kill him and his children in attempts to blackmail him.

Ronnie Ramsay was arrested in Feb 2007 in Kuta, Bali, Indonesia. Ronnie had 100 mg of heroin when he was arrested. Ronnie was fined £260 and sentenced to 10 months in prison.

Before anyone attacks Gordon Ramsay for not helping his blood brother, Gordon said he had paid for Ronnie to attend rehab 5 times in the past. Both his mother and himself have resigned themselves to Ronnie’s addiction and washed their hands off him. It was assumed Gordon and his mother had refused to speak to Ronnie after he tried blackmailing Gordon.
