Hilary Duff will act in Gossip Girl for some episodes. Hilary Duff will portray a new character, Olivia Burke, who is a movie star who wants to be a normal college girl. Hilary Duff will join Blair (Leighton Meester), Dan (Penn Badgley) and Vanessa (Jessica Szohr). In the show, Olivia Burke will become room mates with Vanessa.

We can expect to see Duff in Gossip Girl starting Oct 5.
