On Dec 21, Pete Doherty was arrested when he dropped a bag of suspicious looking substance outside a courthouse. Doherty was going through security to attend his court hearing on drug possession and driving under the influence charges.

During the court hearing, Doherty was sentenced with fines and a 18-month ban from driving.

Doherty was allowed to attend his court hearing but when he stepped out of the courthouse, Doherty was arrested. Doherty was thrown in jail pending procedures.
