Rupert Grint had swine flu or the H1N1 virus. Grint has recovered and would be at the premiere of “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince”. The movie opens July 15 in Europe and July 17 in the US and Japan.

After Rupert Grint, 20, fell ill with swine flu, he had to stay away from the set of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows”. Grint’s illness did not affect filming.

In other gossip about Grint, he has been quoted as saying he thought his acting career would be over when the Harry Potter movies end.
