Vanessa Lopez allegedly told Shaquille O’Neal that she might be expecting their baby. Lopez gave O’Neal a surprise by announcing this back in September 2009.

O’Neal allegedly started harassing Lopez so much that she decided to hire Gloria Allred to sue O’Neal.

Vanessa Lopez claimed she had a 5 year affair with O’Neal when he was still married to his wife.

Shaquille O’Neal and his wife are now undergoing divorce proceedings.

Vanessa Lopez used to date Delonte West, who was playing basketball for the Boston Celtics. In 2006, West and Lopez weer in a hotel room in Orlando. West called hotel security to claim Lopez refused to leave his room. Police were summoned.

Lopez made her counter claim that West tried to seduce her against her will. West objected to Lopez’s version of the story. He said he rejected Lopez because he was expecting another woman to visit him.

West admitted he knew Lopez in the past and had a sexual relationship with her. But this time, West was not dating her or soliciting her favors in that room at that point of time. Police managed to get Lopez to leave the hotel room.

West now plays for Cleveland Cavaliers.

Vanessa Lopez also knew Kenyon Martin (playing for Denver Nuggets) in 2007. Martin’s manager reported to police that Lopez had used Martin’s credit card without his permission. Lopez allegedly paid for several hundred dollars worth of goods without Martin’s permission.

Vanessa Lopez claimed JJ Redick’s brother, David Redick, harassed her. Lopez and Redick broke up their relationship in 2007.

JJ Redick plays basketball for NBA Orlando Magic. While police were at Lopez’s home taking down her report, David Redick called her and warned her to stay away from JJ. Police were allegedly witnesses to the call.
