Timmy Chang, a former University of Hawaii QB, was arrested on July 2. Chang was arrested on suspicion of theft. Police went to Chang’s home in Mlilani to arrest him Chang was booked for investigation but not charged with any crime.

Chang objected to the owner of the camera filming a fight on June 1. Chang told the woman to stop recording but she refused. Chang snatched away her camera and threw it on the roof of another building nearby. Chang was arrested for stealing the woman’s camera and misplacing it.
